From time to time, Prudential rolls out incentive programmes to the insurance agents in its agency force in support of the company's strategic objectives, for example new product launches or to tactically increase specific performance metrics.
We are looking for solutions to effectively measure the impact of these incentives in driving agency behaviour and sales performance. Our ideal solution would be able to help us to create instant sales incentive plans and reports focusing on key agency data such as the activation rate, case productivity, case size etc.
