Prudential Vietnam would like to reach out to new customers in big cities with its new generation of agents. Instead of hard selling, we want to offer potential customers the right insurance, health and wellness solutions at right time. The best solutions will help us to identify and reach out to one or more groups of city dwellers even before they start thinking about insurance. How might we build meaningful relationships with pre-customers and add value to them, whilst appropriately providing valuable information for them to consider an insurance purchase.
