How might we kickstart our journey in marketing automation and optimize our workflow to make this process more effective?

Prudential Vietnam would like to start doing automation marketing for the purpose of lead nurturing and customer engagement to increase customer life time value, turning them from a one-time payer to a lifetime payer. We invite ideas on best practices and tech solutions to optimize the actions from this initiative, for maximum effectiveness.
