Detailed Description
How might we identify key milestones in the lives of customers and potential customers (eg graduation, first job, promotions, starting a family, etc) without asking customers about it?

Prudential would like to leverage data or other methodologies to engage existing customers throughout their life events/ milestones and recommend suitable policies to them at appropriate junctures, instead of having a transactional relationship with them. Solutions could include engagement activities or a tech solution that allows for such engagement to take place. The best solutions will also be able to systematically identify specific needs and goals associated with some or all of these key milestones, and help Prudential empathize with, or meet those needs, with our products and services.
