Detailed Description
How might Prudential offer innovative self-service products and services to the segment of people who are digitally well connected and who also have a degree of high financial / insurance literacy?

With financial literacy education gaining ground, some customer segments have increasingly developed a good understanding of financial and insurance planning. Some of these people may also be digital natives who are comfortbale purchasing insurance products and self-servicing online. How might we identify these people and what products, services or digital tools can we offer to them so they can engage with insurance 24/7?
