Detailed Description
How might the Pulse by Prudential app help meet the evolving needs of our Shield customers, as they progress through their various life stages?

Singaporeans are covered by MediShield, a hospitalization insurance plan. Prudential offers this plan and we would like to better serve current and prospective Shield customers through our Pulse app.

One obvious use case is to enable our customers to submit their Shield claims on the Pulse app. Besides claims submission, what else do our diverse group of customers going through various stages of life (e.g students, young working adults, parents, seniors and grandparents etc) need and how might those needs be met in Pulse?
